What types of events do you cater for?
We cater for weddings, private BBQs, birthday parties, corporate events and any celebration where incredible BBQ food is essential. From 2026 we will have an in-house venue that can be booked to host your own celebration too.
Do you cater all across Cornwall?
Yes, we provide mobile BBQ catering services throughout Cornwall and can travel slightly beyond depending on the event size and budget.
Are you fully insured and food-hygiene certified?
Absolutely. Our team holds full public liability insurance and Food Hygiene certificates, and we are registered with the local council.
Do you specialise in wedding catering?
Absolutely. Weddings are a huge part of what we do, and we’re proud to be known for relaxed, unforgettable wedding feasts across Cornwall. From grazing tables to full sit-down BBQ sharing platters, we make wedding food fun, generous and stress-free.

Booking & Planning
How far in advance do I need to book?
For weddings and large summer events, we recommend booking 12-18 months ahead. For smaller private BBQs, we can often accommodate shorter notice of 6-12 months. Always get in touch as there are almost always dates available as we have a small team of chefs that can cater on the day.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
Our minimum varies by event type, but typically:
- Weddings: 50-60 guests
- Private BBQs/Birthdays: 20–30 guests

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, depending on the date a deposit of 20–40% secures your date, with the remaining balance due 1 month before your event.
Can we sample the menu before booking?
Yes, tasting sessions are available for weddings and large events for a small charge. If you do not live in Cornwall we can post items to you to re-heat at home!
Menus & Food
What style of food do you serve?
We serve authentic Australian-style BBQ, cooked low and slow and packed with flavour. Our menus feature Cornish oak smoked pulled pork, brisket, ribs, BBQ chicken, bold sides and proper comfort food, all designed for sharing and enjoying together.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Of course! We provide a wide range of plant-based dishes, salads, and allergy-friendly options. Just let us know your requirements.
Can you create a custom menu?
Yes, we can tailor your BBQ menu to suit your taste, theme, dietary needs, or budget.
What type of BBQ do you cook on?
We cook using professional-grade smokers, grills, or charcoal BBQs, depending on your menu and preferences. Generally, all the BBQ preparation is done beforehand as we BBQ low and slow.
Is your food suitable for children?
Absolutely. BBQ is a crowd-pleaser for all ages, and we’re happy to adjust portions to suit younger guests if needed.
On the Day
How long do you need to set up?
It depends on the type of event, but generally we need 1–2 hours before serving to set up equipment and prepare food.
Do you provide plates, cutlery, and serving staff?
Yes, we supply plates, cutlery, and fully trained serving staff. This is always included in your quote unless we have agreed something different for your event.
Do you need access to electricity or water?
Yes, this is preferable.
What happens if it rains?
You get wet! Jokes. We will always have a wet weather plan, and will discuss this with you well in advance.

Pricing depends on guest numbers and menu choices. Please get in touch to discuss pricing around your needs.
Do you offer package deals?
Yes, we offer packages that include the food, plates, cutlery, staffing and VAT.

Do you offer drinks or bar services?
We don’t offer this service but can recommend friends in the industry that can help.
How do I get a quote?
You can fill in our online enquiry form with your event date, location, guest numbers, and any other important details and we will book in a call to discuss your needs.
What happens after I book?
Once your date is secured, we’ll work together on the lead up to your event around final guest numbers, dietary requirements and additions that may come up after our call.
Where are you based and what areas do you cover?
We’re based in Cornwall and cater events right across the county and into Devon. If you’re not sure whether we’ll travel to your location, feel free to reach out to us.
